yes. the clamps on the bar can slide where ever you need them on the bar to fit your handle bar.i have the 360and have one and am planning on getting 2 more to hold speakers. one on each side.

Does anyone know the answer to this question? The M-430 has curved handlebars, so it's not clear if this will work or not. Thanks!
