the clams on the extender bar can be put anywhere on the extender to allow for placement so i would not see why it would not fit.

yes. the clamps on the bar can slide where ever you need them on the bar to fit your handle bar.i have the 360and have one and am planning on getting 2 more to hold speakers. one on each side.

This does NOT FIT the M-360. The diameter, even with the included spacers is not small enough to clamp tightly.
