Addmotor provides a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty for the Cybergen exoskeleton, starting from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, this policy covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal and intended use. If Addmotor determines that a covered defect exists, it will first attempt to restore the product to normal operating condition by replacing the defective component(s). If the product cannot be restored through component replacement or repair, Addmotor will replace the affected product with a new or equivalent replacement product, subject to availability. Any replacement product or component will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, use contrary to the user manual, improper fitting or adjustments, failure to perform maintenance, unauthorized modifications, incompatible accessories, normal wear and tear, excessive heat, fire, chemicals, liquid exposure outside specified environmental limits, storage or transportation issues after delivery, natural disasters, or operating outside specified conditions. Consumable or wear items are also excluded unless the failure is due to a material or manufacturing defect. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To obtain service, contact Addmotor customer support with proof of purchase, model and serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if requested; do not ship the product back without instructions. For more details, please refer to the official Exoskeleton Warranty.
Addmotor has established a dedicated return and refund mechanism for exoskeleton products. For order cancellations before shipment, if the product has not yet shipped, customers can contact customer support to request a full refund, subject to official confirmation that the order has not been dispatched; if already shipped, it will be handled according to the return policy. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, primarily applying to unopened and unused products in original packaging, products with significant shipping damage, or verified manufacturing defects and major functional issues. All returned products are subject to inspection at the designated facility, and once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Because exoskeletons are wearable electromechanical devices involving personal use and hygiene, opened, activated, tried-on, or used products generally do not qualify for returns based solely on a change of mind, unless approved by customer support with the product in acceptable condition. Hygiene-sensitive or consumable accessories (such as straps, liners, or protective components) that have been opened, severely worn items, products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modification, and incomplete packages are non-returnable. For verified defects or shipping damage, Addmotor handles the return shipping arrangements; for approved non-defect returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable handling fees. All returns require prior authorization and instructions from Addmotor customer support before shipping. Visit Exoskeleton Return & Refund for details.
The Cybergen exoskeleton features an IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating, allowing it to easily handle daily outdoor light rain or dusty environments. The complete unit comes standard with dual 3000 mAh removable batteries, offering a battery range of up to 15 miles.
Addmotor provides free shipping to buyers within the 48 contiguous United States. However, non-contiguous regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not enjoy free shipping policies. Due to strict airline regulations regarding lithium battery transportation, some battery accessories cannot be shipped directly by air to remote regions like Hawaii and Alaska, so customers are advised to confirm shipping costs with customer service prior to purchase.
